STONER HIVE : "...Five songs that start off as a heavy trucking, fast blast straight out of the desert. Grade A stoner tune Bloody Road hits you straight between the eyes and it will surely be something you shall not expect...There is definitely some space rocking and psychedelic meandering on this album as well. You will have to rock out to three more tracks that maneuver between hard rocking stoner and punky grunge before the true battleship arrives. Final track Desert In Bloom lasts almost sixteen minutes and seduces you with languid riffs, color and voices before it starts whipping you into a frenzy. Like a slow but evidently fast forward movie of a desert that goes to full bloom and then dies again… Grandiose ! ..." Full review here :

ROTATION 11 : "...“Bloody Road” is raw and swift and the rhythm change ups are very infectious. “Lined Coin” has more of a laid back approach, the vocals are more relaxed here, showing some range right off the bat. “Psycho Jake” is next and this one is terrific as it’s one of the standout tracks.. The deep luscious bass and steady drumming helps create this expansive song, both vocalists also add to the expansiveness, it sounds like Failure stepped into the stoner rock world. The band definitely shines on this song...Riot” is very thick and crunchy, it’s a highly entertaining track. The last song “Desert In Bloom” is the highlight of the album. The easygoing, lofty beginning is very absorbing and the bass is exceptional here. The song will soon travel between heavy sonic rhythms and soft trippy compositions, the inspiring dueling vocals also give the song its appeal. There is so much going on here, you must listen to appreciate..." Full review here :

RIDE WITH THE DEVIL : *...OOS buckle down and play some spacy psychedelic rock with a hard stoner edge to introduce themselves to our planet. They begin with a trip down "Bloody Road", throwing out ear-snagging riffs and hooks with ease as they plow through the dirt, and it'll quickly either get your head moving in time with the beats or wake you up enough to start doing so. "Lined Coin" drops in with a slower, bluesier (but still very fuzzy), letting out some bleary blaring from the guitar as the drummer holds it down. "Psycho Jake" and "Riot" form the last of the first half, exploring the psychedelic grunge territory drummer set the scene before the guitar slides right in with a buzz and a grin to help things grow from there. By the end of the track, it's rgone so many alterations that you'll have to strain to remember the start. further before it's on into the ~16-minute "Desert In Bloom" for the finish. This one starts out slow and very spacy, letting the vocals and though they make it all flow together like water.*Full Review :

BLOODBATH FANZINE : "...Cut the roof off your Mondeo, brim the tank, max out the clubcard, turn up the volume and buckle up mother hubbards! This is the soundtrack to burning across the desert at midnight in an utterly fucked mad-max style banger. OUT OF SPACE encompass all that is cool about the desert/stoner rock scene today..."
